SILA VOLI COMBAT SPORTS Our system includes techniques of classical Judo, wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, boxing and the unique techniques that make Sambo special. Lessons emphasize grip fighting, leg techniques, ways to unbalance an opponent and smooth transitions between standing to submissions on the ground. Classes are informal but taught in a fast paced manner that emphasizes safety and improvement. Our techniques are easy to learn, efficient and extremely effective. Proven competition and MMA techniques make up the core of our program but I teach many forgotten, old school techniques in detail for modern application. All classes taught by professional black belt coach Greg Swanson.
